The Year 5 netball squad had their first game of the season against Blackheath High School, achieving some very positive results.

The team played a rotation of matches against Blackheath, demonstrating great game play and defensive work. Throughout the matches, the girls began to improve in attack and move the ball in the goal circle with more success, converting some of these chances into goals.

Across the six games played, the squad won two, drew one and lost three. It was a valuable competitive experience for the girls and one that will assist their development for their next fixtures.

Well done to the team!
