Congratulations to Alyssa in Year 9, who won a Bronze medal in the 300m at the Kent Athletics Championships at the weekend.
Alyssa achieved this whilst competing as an U14 in the U15 category. Later this month she will earn her first Kent Vest, competing as one of the Top 4 athletes in the whole of Kent in combined events. For this event Alyssa will compete in hurdles, high jump, long jump, shot and 800m.
In the meantime, the school looks forward to an excellent performance from her at the Track and Field Cup next Thursday, when she and her team-mates will be competing at Dartford Stadium.
