A group of Year 7 and 8 pupils from Bromley High School attended the GDST Elevate Wellbeing Day. The event hosted by Sutton High School offered a diverse range of workshops designed to promote both physical and mental wellbeing, from breathwork and yoga to flamenco dancing and tai chi.

“I really enjoyed attending the GDST Elevate Festival today. My favourite activities were Pilates with Lizzie and Yoga with Mia. Both of my instructors were really friendly and encouraging. I learnt that it is important to look after your wellbeing, both body and mind, and that you have to learn to look after yourself all throughout your life, especially at our age.”Holly, Year 7 pupil
The Elevate Wellbeing Day proved to be a fun and inspiring way to conclude Wellbeing Week. Pupils left equipped with new tools and experiences to support their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing, emphasizing the importance of caring for both body and mind.
