Year 9 Geographers had a fabulous sunny day exploring the North Kent coastline at Reculver and Herne Bay.

They collected primary data to investigate the success of the coastal management. Data collection methods included carrying out beach profiles, field sketches and environmental impact assessments to assess the success of the groynes, sea wall and rip-rap.

The pupils will now spend time in lessons analysing their data and concluding their hypotheses.
