Our Junior School pupils played brilliantly in the Kent Tennis Primary Schools Doubles Championships yesterday, with five teams qualifying for the Finals next week.
The girls competed in three categories – mini tennis red (Year 4 and below), mini tennis orange (Year 5) and mini tennis green (Year 6).
The pupils did a fantastic job representing Bromley High School in the competition. Congratulations to the following girls for qualifying for the Finals:
- Year 2 -Jasmine and Harriet
- Year 5 – Eliza and Sofia/ Sienna and Elise
- Year 6 – Coco and Hetty/ Sophie and Georgia
Eliza and Sofia in Year 5 were undefeated in all their matches yesterday which is a great achievement!
Four qualifying events have taken place across the county in Bromley, Canterbury, Greenwich/Lewisham and Maidstone with a number of teams from each qualifying event being invited to the Finals on Friday 17th June at the Bromley Tennis Centre.
We wish the qualifying pupils the best of luck in the Finals next week.
