Year 6 pupil Ridhi took part in some charity work on her recent trip to India, by donating 25 dictionaries and one atlas to the students of Shivalik Ganges Public School using money she received for her birthday.
Ridhi was joined by her mother, younger sister and grandfather, who runs an NGO which aims to improve cleanliness in India through social education. She even appeared in a local newspaper promoting her school visit.
She plans to follow in her grandfather’s footsteps by continuing to do social and charity work both in India and England in the future. Well done Ridhi!
