This week, Year 4 transformed their History lessons into a captivating Tudor Day experience.
Dressed in exquisite Tudor costumes, the girls immersed themselves in a variety of hands-on activities, delving into the intricate aspects of Tudor life. From crafting Tudor medicines and soap to mastering the art of writing with quills, creating wax candles, and fashioning unique necklaces, the pupils embraced the era’s craftsmanship.
The afternoon unfolded with a grand Tudor feast, where goblets were raised, and the girls reveled in authentic Tudor entertainment. Enthusiastically participating in acting, dancing, singing, and even trying their hand at juggling, the pupils not only gained a deeper understanding of history but also enjoyed a day filled with immersive learning and lively engagement.
