Year 4 had a wonderful day at Hever Castle earlier this month, bringing their learning about The Tudors to life. The girls explored the castle and its fascinating history, discovering what life was like for people across the Tudor hierarchy.
Highlights of the trip included learning about Tudor punishments and the extravagant lifestyle of Queen Elizabeth I.
“I loved hearing what crimes the torture masks were used for!” Isla
Jasmine was amazed to learn:
“Elizabeth I had 1,500 dresses in her wardrobe!”
The day finished with the girls navigating the famous Hever Castle maze!
