Last weekend, Sports Scholar and Year 12 pupil Hannah competed at Brands Hatch in the Kent County Athletics 2022 Cross Country Championships.
Despite the extremely challenging conditions of heavy rain and high winds, Hannah won the 6,100m course race and has now become Under 17 Kent Cross Country Champion. She ran in a combined race which included under 17’s and under 20’s, crossing the line first overall and achieving one of her best ever cross country results.
She has now qualified to represent Kent in the National Inter-Counties Cross Country Championships event in Loughborough on March 12th.
