Last weekend, Year 10 pupil Tess delivered an outstanding performance at the Kent Athletics Championships, bringing home an impressive three medals.
Tess claimed gold in the 80m hurdles with a time of 11.66 seconds, and gold in the Triple Jump with an excellent mark of 10.98 metres. Tess also earned a bronze medal in the 300m hurdles, finishing in 46.38 seconds.
Her commitment, focus, and talent were clear throughout the competition, and her achievements are a fantastic reflection of her hard work and determination.
At the school’s Track and Field Cup this week, Tess continued to impress by coming second in Kent and breaking the Year 10 long jump record with an outstanding distance of 5.10 metres.
Tess is now preparing for another local meet on Saturday, building on her momentum and aiming for even greater success.
