At the start of December, over 30 Bromley High Junior School girls took part in the Maidstone Music Festival. One by one, the performers took the stage, their voices confident and their presentations impressive.
The Maidstone Music Festival is an annual event celebrating musical and speech performances, where students from across the region showcase their talents and compete for awards.
Weeks of dedication, rehearsals, and teamwork had prepared them for this moment, and their teacher couldn’t have been prouder. Otillia, Noor, Maia, and Polly opened the day with calm focus, followed by Alana, Aanya, and Iyla—whose expressive performance earned her a Bronze—and many others who showcased their individual talents. Margaret, Naia, and Emmy captivated the judges and achieved Gold, while Aanya D. took Silver, and Ava earned Bronze.
From first-timers to experienced performers, every girl embraced the challenge with determination. By the end of the day, all were awarded certificates, celebrating their hard work, talent, and the collective spirit that made the festival a memorable success.
Well done to all participants:
