Our Junior School pupils enjoyed their Mini Minerva guest lecture and Q&A with Dr Ana Baburamani from King’s College London.
A researcher at the Centre for Developing Brain in the School of Biomedical and Engineering and Imaging Sciences at KCL, Dr Baburamani’s research is focused on understanding brain development in Down’s Syndrome in children.
The talk gave the girls an insight into how Dr Baburamani found her love of science and why it is so important to have more women accessing and working in STEAM.
