This week, students and parents from Bromley High attended our Careers in Law Insight Event to find out more about the varied pathways within the legal profession.

Attendees had the opportunity to hear from a panel of experienced professionals and current law students, who talked about their career paths and shared advice on preparing for the competitive admissions process.

Speakers included Parisa Wright who works as a solicitor in the Business Affairs team for the ITV Studios label Multistory Media, providing legal support to a variety of TV shows and development projects. Leon Kazakos QC, a barrister practising in criminal and civil fraud at 2 Hare Court, the chambers of Jonathan Laidlaw QC – one of the country’s leading sets of chambers, also spoke at the event.  Imene Hamdi-Cherif, who joined Ashurst LLP, an international commercial law firm, as a trainee solicitor in 2018, also shared her experience of studying for a masters in law.
