Year 8 pupils Leela and Navya and Year 7 pupils Ashanthy and Divija qualified for the Novice Finals – both teams from – making it an all Bromley High School final. Ashanthy and Divija won the Novice Final, a remarkable achievement given their age and competition against older Key Stage 3 pupils.
Year 8 pupils Daisy and Maria also excelled, reaching the Gold Final despite being the only novices among experienced debaters. They were named joint-third Best Speakers in the Junior competition, while Year 10 pupil Annabelle placed third in the Senior competition. Year 8 pupil Riva earned a special mention as Best Student Judge and was invited to wing-judge the Novice Final due to her keen insight.
