This term, Bromley High School hosted an excited ‘Big Night In’, an evening of fun activities and a sleepover at school, for Year 8 pupils!
The night began with some fun team games, including dance and benchball followed had pizza and potato wedges for tea. The silent disco was enjoyed by both the Year 7 and 8 pupils, with lots of different songs playing. They had glow sticks and enjoyed dancing with their friends.
Once the silent disco was over, the girls went back to their ‘bedrooms’ in the Modern Foreign Language corridor to change into their pyjamas, gather their blankets and visit the tuck shop for treats, while they snuggled down on the sofas in the Sixth Form common room to watch ‘Tangled’. After the movie, they returned to our rooms, played cards for a while and eventually fell asleep.
On Saturday morning the girls got up and enjoyed some time talking and properly waking up with their roommates. It was then time to start packing up their overnight bags before a delicious breakfast of pastries and cereal.
“It was a really fun night with our friends!”Katy & Sophie, Year 8 pupils
A huge thank you to Mrs Pradic and our Sixth Formers who worked hard to plan the activities for the night to deliver such a memorable Big Night In!
