On Saturday 25th September, Bromley High School sent three teams to compete in the annual Dulwich Schools Debating Competition.

The competition, which was the first major event of the debating season, took place online. The motions which were debated included whether formal examinations should be removed from the education system, and whether judicial decisions were preferable to jury trials.

Our six competitors; Hannah, Amelie, Aimee and Olivia in Year 12, and Darcey and Clotilde in Year 11, enjoyed a stimulating day and a strong start to what we hope is a year of great debating success.
