Working for The GDST
As a member of the GDST, you will gain access to an extensive training programme, development opportunities, grants for individual courses of study and, of course, extensive networking opportunities with other colleagues across the Trust in order to share best practice and develop initiatives that benefit all our schools.
"The GDST is more than a workplace - it's a community of like-minded individuals, who share a passion for empowering and uplifting girls and young women by providing the best possible education and opportunities. I feel proud and privileged to be a part of an incredible organisation that is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders and change-makers."
Rasitha Maddage, Head of Mathematics
“One of the best things about working within the GDST, is having the opportunity to share ideas and network with colleagues from other schools across the country. Each of our 25 schools are unique but we share so much in common and there is a real community feel amongst us. I feel proud to be part of an organisation that unashamedly promotes the value of a brilliant girls only education.”
