Each year over 20,000 pupils across the UK enter the Anthea Bell Prize for Young translators, taking on the challenge of translating authentic texts in a foreign language. This year over 25,000 pupils entered, with over 5,400 judged by a range of experts.
We are delighted to celebrate the success of two Bromley High Senior School pupils: Brooklyn, who received a commendation for German, and Maya, who was commended for Spanish. With the judges noting an excellent standard of entries, this is a significant achievement for both pupils.
Congratulations to Brooklyn and Maya, and well done to all pupils who dedicated time and effort to this prestigious competition. We are incredibly proud of you all.
