Fourteen members of our Junior School team laced up their walking shoes over the Easter break to take on an inspiring challenge. Starting at Eastbourne Pier, our ‘marathon walkers’ covered an impressive 26.2 miles across the stunning South Downs, finishing triumphantly at Brighton Pier.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our school community, the team raised over £6,000 for the Chartwell Trust at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital – an achievement to be truly proud of.

Reflecting on the experience, Mr Bugden shared:

“The views along the coastline were spectacular, and our teamwork and camaraderie kept us smiling every step of the way.”

A huge congratulations to everyone involved – and thank you to all who supported this fantastic effort.
