This week, the Year 10 GCSE PE team took on Newstead Wood for a friendly athletics meet in Norman Park.
All pupils enjoyed practising and competing in their events, from hurdles and high jump to 1500m and javelin.
Well done to the following who achieved personal bests:
- Milli in the 1500m
- Jess in Long Jump
- Ella in High Jump and Shot
- Zara in Javelin
The pupils were also very excited to be sharing the track with Dina Asher Smith – a huge inspiration to our athletes!
