At Bromley High School we encourage pupils to be kind, not only to others, but to themselves. Self-care is integral to mental health and wellbeing. As part of our drive to improve the positive impact on pupil wellbeing we have introduced Wellbeing Week, which will take place each half-term.

During Wellbeing Week last week, we offered pupils an opportunity to engage in a number of fun activities, mindfulness and self-care during form time and in the lunch hour.

Activities included making friendship bracelets and mindful beading, scrumping apples, whole school bingo, a mindful art session, a whole school colour fun run and a Junior School assembly on healthy eating.

Pupils picked apples and presented them beautifully for a harvest gift to elderly people in the local community
