Over the last few months, Year 9 pupils have been working hard on an architectural project for the Major of London and Ministry of Building Innovation & Education (MOBIE).
The design challenge aims to inspire a new generation of Londoners to learn about the built environment and the varied and exciting career opportunities that exist in the sector.
The Mayor of London and architect / TV presenter George Clarke have invited young people to design homes and green spaces for a new village at East London’s Royal Docks. The girls worked with Computer Aided Design to communicate their thoughts and produced work to a very high standard.
We are delighted with their progress – congratulations to all pupils taking part!
